On This Day in Pink History… 8th September 2015, P!nk was on The Ellen Show
In 2015, P!nk celebrated her birthday in style at the premiere show of Ellen’s 13th season.
P!nk had recently recorded the new theme song ‘Today’s The Day’ for the show.

P!nk recorded two shows with Ellen while in New York, which included performances of Today’s The Day, Try and an interview.

On This Day in Pink History… 8th September 2014, Pink announced You + Me
On the 8th September 2014, Pink and Dallas Green announced that they have come together to form folk duo You+Me. Their debut album, Roseave. will be released on 14th October 2014 by RCA Records and will be available as a digital download, CD and limited edition vinyl.

On This Day in Pink History… 8th September 2003, Trouble was released
Trouble was released as a single from Pink’s third studio album, Try This. It was written by Pink and Tim Armstrong and was moderately successful, its highest peak on the Canadian Singles Chart at #2. The single peaked at #68 on the Billboard Hot 100 and at #7 on the UK Singles Chart.
Tim Armstrong had originally written the song for his own band Rancid’s 2003 album, Indestructible however the song failed to make the final cut so when asked to work with Pink, he brought the song to her attention and it was partially re-written with her.
The music video was directed by Sophie Muller and had a western theme.
